In Spring 2024, as we toured food festivals across the UK, customers kept asking for something hotter. They loved our sauces but wanted a version that pushed the boundaries of flavour and fire. Todd returned to the kitchen and created a new line brewed with the legendary Carolina Reaper chilli – but with a twist.
