When we started touring the UK in Spring 2024, we started receiving requests from customers who told us that while they loved our sauces, they wanted a hotter version for their own palates. Todd went back to the production kitchen and brewed up batches using Carolina Reaper which is not ones typical experience with the Reaper. As he's fond of saying, "Don't fear the reaper!" It has the warmth and intensity without the typical anger which often accompanies other sauces featuring the Reaper.
